While we’re sad to see you go, we understand if you need to delete you Xpress account. Currently, the only way to do this is by visiting the URL Delete Account and filling out the required form.
Please be aware that while your request deletion is underway, it might take some time for us to completely delete your account. During which, if you sign-in using any linked mobile number or email address to Xpress in fourteen (14) days, you account will be automatically activated.
Once your request has been verified, our customer service team will send you an email confirming the account deletion. We’re continuously working to improve our account management features, and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.
