If you think you left something in the vehicle after your ride, don’t worry. Since your contact with the driver expires after each ride, we recommend creating a ticket using our Help Center. We will try our best to assist you in locating your item and reuniting you with it as quickly as possible.

After every ride, we send you a summary of your trip, along with a request for you to rate the driver.
Yes! Tipping the driver is optional, but always appreciated. There are two ways to leave a tip: cash or through the app. There is an option to tip after the ride is over. Rest assured that 100% of your tip is given to our drivers.
