I forgot something in the vehicle, how can I contact the driver?

If you think you left something in the vehicle after your ride, don’t worry. Since your contact with the driver expires after each ride, we recommend creating a ticket using our Help Center. We will try our best to assist you in locating your item and reuniting you with it as quickly as possible.

Can I see my past trips?

We’ve got you covered. Simply look for the “History” in the menu to view your trip history and review all the important details.

How do I get a ride receipt?

After every ride, we send you a summary of your trip, along with a request for you to rate the driver.

Can I tip my driver?

Yes! Tipping the driver is optional, but always appreciated. There are two ways to leave a tip: cash or through the app. There is an option to tip after the ride is over. Rest assured that 100% of your tip is given to our drivers.
