When will I be charged a fee?

Our drivers are committed to providing you with prompt and reliable service. They will wait for you at the pick-up location up to five (5) minutes for free. You will only be charged in the following situations:

  • Late cancellation fee: If you cancel when the driver is already near your pick-up location.
  • No-show free: If your driver cancels the ride after waiting more than the required five (5) minutes for you to arrive at the pick-up location.

How can I cancel a ride?

Canceling a ride is a straightforward process in the Xpress app:

  • Tap on the ongoing trip you wish to cancel.
  • Click on the “Cancel” button.

We kindly request that you be considerate of your driver’s time. If you know you won’t be able to make your trip, it’s courteous to inform the driver as soon as possible.
