Simple. Here's what to do after you've signed up for Xpress:
When you book a ride, Xpress will immediately look for the nearest driver to pick you up. You can even book multiple Xpress rides at the same time. Just follow the same steps. You can keep track of all your rides in the “History” section.
With Xpress Ride, you have several ride options to choose from:
Your driver will wait at the pick-up location for up to five (5) minutes. You may be charged extra if the driver needs to wait longer than the allotted waiting time.
A tip: If you know you’re running late, give your driver a call or send them a message through the app. Let them know your new location so they can pick you up there. Keep in mind that this might affect the trip’s cost.
