How do I rate my driver?

We care about how your ride with Xpress goes, and your feedback helps us make it better. To rate a ride or driver:

  • After your trip, you’ll see a screen where you can easily give your rating.
  • If you can’t do it right away, no worries! You can rate it later by going to your history and pick the ride you want to rate.

How can I rate a previous ride?

You can do so by going to the trip history and picking the ride you want to rate. You can rate trips up to three (3) days after they’re done. Your ratings help us reward good drivers and make any needed improvements to keep giving you great service.
