Driver Details: Get into about your driver and their vehicle before the trip.
Background Check: Our drivers go through a rigorous screening process.
SOS Buttons: Easily access emergency assistance during your ride.

How can I add emergency contacts?

For your safety, we offer the option to add up to three (3) emergency contacts. Click on the menu and select “Emergency Contacts.” You can add your trusted contacts who will be notified during a trip.

How can I report an issue?

If you encounter any issues or feel unsafe during your ride, use our Help Center and create a ticket to let us know..
