2. Eligibility
Open to all active Xpress users within the National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines. To join, users must register on the Xpress App and complete their profile with the following details:

• Full name

• Complete Home Address

Registered users can earn raffle entries through various activities in the Xpress App, increasing their chances to win in the scheduled draws

Note: All raffle entries are automatically included in each draw with the  verification of the completion of required minimum rides.

4. Determination of Winners:

• Draw Frequency and Participation: Each completed activity, including referrals, increases raffle entries, thus enhancing chances of winning in every draw.
• Verification of Entries: Raffle entries are validated to ensure the participant has met the minimum requirements, such as completed rides or referral achievements.
• Multiple Wins: Participants can win multiple prizes per draw dates as long as their raffle entries remain valid and active.

5. Schedule of Raffle Draws:

Raffles will be conducted using Xpress’s secure database, with each draw approved and overseen by a DTI representative to ensure fairness and compliance. Participants can win multiple prizes as long as their raffle entries are valid and active

Note: Unused raffle tickets automatically roll over to the next draw, increasing your chances to win even bigger prizes!

Grand Prize

Eligibility: All unused raffle entries from previous draws will automatically carry over to the grand prize draw, giving participants the chance to win bigger prizes.

6. Prize Claim and Redemption Process:

Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of the registered notice, except for the trip prize, which must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date it is awarded. Failure to claim within these periods will result in forfeiture in favor of Xpress, subject to prior approval from the DTI.

7. Taxes and Expenses: 

Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the Xpress.

8. Prize conversion and transfer:

Prizes are not convertible to cash, but are transferable, with any associated transfer fees being the responsibility of the prize holder. This ensures fairness and the intended use of the prizes while providing flexibility for ticket holders.

9. Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified via registered mail address. Additionally, their names will be announced on Xpress social media pages, including stories, posts, and blog updates.

10.Prize Collection Location:

Winner may claim his/her prize at the Xpress Main Office, 3 Brixton Building, Brixton Street, Pasig City. 

11. Identification Requirements:

To claim their prize, winners must present two valid IDs. If claiming through an authorized representative, the representative must provide a signed letter of authorization from the winner and photocopies of the winner’s two valid IDs.

12. Eligibility:

All employees of Xpress and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

13. Additional Terms:

• Xpress reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of winners to ensure compliance with the contest rules.
• Any attempt to falsify information or engage in fraudulent activities will result in disqualification, and any prizes awarded will be forfeited.
• All prizes are awarded “as is,” and Xpress does not offer any warranty or guarantee on prize items beyond those offered by the manufacturer, if applicable.
• By accepting the prizes, the winners also express their agreement to be featured in promotional materials.
